The garden is very pleasant and has a small vineyard and meadow and the land behind is further fields. You are fairly close to the helpful neighbours in front for security, but generally the property feels very much away from it all and private. The pool is all there but hasn`t been used for 4 years or so, but wouldn`t take much to get it going again � then you`ll have a true luxury villa in a dreamy location, in one of the most interesting parts of Bulgaria and at a price that surprised me ;)
Yablanitsa itself is a busy small town about an hours drive from Sofia and it`s welcoming tree-lined streets and dramatic views mean it`s increasingly in demand, not only from Sofians. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, plus banks, doctors surgeries and a petrol station. The mayor is active and there are plenty of cultural events throughout the year, a giant annual party and even a super 200 seat theatre with regular performances, a museum and library. It`s got the lot!
